Introduction & General Definitions

Ds3h (https://ds3h.ws) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between ds3h and its users.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the ds3h website, mobile app, and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered for or is using the ds3h platform.

By accessing the ds3h platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Account Registration & Security

To play on the ds3h platform, you must create an account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

• Your password must be strong — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Never share your account login credentials with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ds3h support immediately.
• Keep the mobile number and email address linked to your account active at all times.

Ds3h will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone requests your password claiming to be from ds3h, it is a scam.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

The ds3h platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

To be eligible to participate on ds3h, you must reside in a country or region where online gaming is legal. Attempting to access the platform from a restricted area using a VPN or proxy will result in account termination.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Ds3h transactions are fully secure and encrypted. We support Bangladesh's most popular payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Ds3h is committed to preventing money laundering. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for large transactions. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Ds3h regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawing real money before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Ds3h reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, your account may be suspended and any winnings forfeited.

Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

All bets on ds3h are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. As a player, it is your responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

• In Sports Betting, bets placed before a match begins remain valid unless cancelled.
• Once a bet is confirmed in Live Betting, it cannot be changed.
• If a bet is placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error, ds3h reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match across multiple accounts ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs during a casino game, the round result will be voided and the bet amount refunded.

Ds3h uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all games. Game outcomes are completely unbiased and cannot be influenced by any party.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair environment on the ds3h platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using someone else's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent KYC information.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ds3h reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• Evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or potential fraud are detected on the account.
• The user requested the account closure themselves.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days; however, bonus balance is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Ds3h is committed to keeping the platform running smoothly at all times. However, ds3h is not liable in the following situations:

• If a bet or game is not completed due to an internet connection failure.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical issues.
• Loss or damage resulting from the user's own negligence or unintentional actions.

In any dispute, ds3h's decision shall be considered final. However, users may submit a written complaint to support@ds3h.ws and will receive a response within 72 hours.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Ds3h reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
